Yum

We had 14 tomato plants this year and got about 14 tomatoes.  However, we planted 10 kale plants and have eaten 1# of kale a week since July.  Needless to say, I was happy to find a yummy soup recipe with kale that the family liked.  Not only that, but we can use our pig for it, too--Sausage, Kale, & Lentil Soup by FOOD (Martha Stewart) magazine.  And it even looks good. Yea!
