Fall Days
Chad's fortune: "creative orginal thinker" ha ha
Aziza's face: scraped by a tumble at Grandpa's house
Abi's joy: her favorite fast food--Panda Express Orange chicken and Beef and Broccoli w/hot sauce and rice.
Today we beat traffic to make it North of the Northern suburbs to a small orchard. It was Chad style--no hype, all nature and picking up bruised apples from the ground. I like a little hype and clean apples, so I was happy that we went for seconds but got firsts. The owner felt bad that the geese had pooped all over the fallen apples. The geese showed up in an enormous flock to say hello and make for us a perfect fall day.
I knit there and knit back and felt happy to finish my first Christmas project! Its a surprise so i won't post ;-) Some of the photos above were from the oasis where we stopped to avoid traffic. Tom was delighted to pick seats facing the highway!
