We are a multicultural bunch united by a vision to raise Godly boys and girls. I am so thankful for the fellowship and friends who are supporting us.
And the LORD answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it. Habakkuk 2:2

Girls & Boys Groups
This morning after snagging a cantelope from the Farmer's Market, I jumped in the van with the fam. Chad dropped all the girls at the "Daughters of Destiny" brunch and Bible study. Over tea and Mexican pastries we studied themes related to this book:

Accidental Homeschooling
Chad took the kids for a bike ride yesterday and stumbled on "The Plant"'s open house. They all toured the warehouse and learned about "Aquaponics". Because of our ghetto neighborhoods cheap real estate, investors thought it wd be a great place to create an indoor water ecosystem in an old ham plant. This photo shows what they hope to create.

my husband rocks
He preaches a sermon, paints with oils and shoots pigeons
he builds chicken coops, chess videos, and recovery groups
he listens to the shame and pain of black, brown and white
and shares his own
He has time for Amos, Aldi's extra staff in the parking lot,
and the five unattended children at the playground...
They are as his own
My own
