Leadership tip

Expecting your follower/followers to agree with you on everything makes them feel misunderstood and devalued. Why am I saying this? To remind myself as a parent and a shout out to husbands, fathers, pastors, government leaders in the world--feels good :-). I've seen the confusion between obedience/and agreement too many times.
