And A was SO Happy! It was overwhelming for me to go through the kids stuff...any they want to whine and cry about it. (Although A kept up a good attitude because she hated the mess of everything.) I have to battle their feelings, my sentimentality and frugality in order to CLEAR OUT. But it was so worth it. The kids loved the clean clear space I created. And I have loads for Goodwill and the church which feels good to me, too.
My mom helped with some practical advice: only four church dresses, Don't keep dress up enough for all their friends, less stuff = manageable stuff = throw out last years toys...
