Discipling A

I had this realization today that I was expecting behavior from A that I hadn't instructed her on. She is old enough to read Scripture and understand its implications for her life...but I never did take her there and show her what I expected. At Celebrate Recovery last week, the lesson was on "Confess"...the principle of confessing to oneself, to God and to others...our sin. It struck me that I could use the bulletin as a lesson for A. So while T and B were in soccer, Abi and I had some one on one time discussing the Confess lesson. It went really well,and I learned a little more of heart in the process.
