Despite reading the Bible and Sunday school lessons on Creation, modern media floods kids with the evolution model to explain human beginnings. Library books on dinosaurs that little boys love, PBS nature shows, NOVA, animal TV shows, and public school teachers present an anti-Bible message on our beginnings.
That's one reason I love the Moody Science Videos. For families that love to cozy up and watch a good nature show together or animal documentary, these videos carefully teach a Biblical worldview. My kids have watched them as part of Science class. Before we had to purchase them, but now they are AVAILABLE FOR FREE!! View one of these and compare it to your average PBS Nature show and you'll be shocked. It is a radical different approach to Science. Science is not a neutral study! It overlaps with the study of Psychology, Philosophy and Religion. And depending on what a person reads or watches, the author will take his personal stand, not on fact, but on his personal beliefs--which oftentimes unfortunately for the average trusting adult and child--are not the same as his or her Christian beliefs!
Here is an awesome way to supplement or replace a child's current of non-Biblical teaching in a fun and informative way:
